I can’t find my account. 

If you can’t log in to your account because you forgot your password, go to your account login page and press “forgot password” to reset your password.

If you can’t log in to your account because you never set up an account in the past, you can create a new account by going to settings/data/backup. After you set up your account, your app will automatically back up your data once/month.

Note: If you do not have an account but are wanting to restore your data from an old phone, please do one of the following options:

1. If you have your old phone with all of your data still in it, connect that phone to wifi and go to Period Tracker’s settings/data/backup and create an account. After you activate your account, go back to your old phone and press “backup now”. Then from your new phone, go to settings/data/restore and log in to your account. Then choose the backup that you just did and press “restore”.

2. If you no longer have your old phone, but your old device was an iOS device, there is a chance that you did an emailed backup or an iTunes backup in the past. If you did an emailed backup, look for that email in your email archives. Open that email from your new iOS device and click on the attachment. If you did not do an emailed backup in the past, but did an iTunes backup by syncing your device with your computer in the past, follow these instructions to retrieve the hidden backup file that’s in your iTunes folder: Restore Data Without a Backup
